...Though it almost feels that way! It's almost the end of the school year here, and assessment is killing me.

What that means is, though, that if I survive, in about three weeks I will be home until January next year. And yes, the annual exile from the internet is upon me once again.

I think it will be a good thing this time, though. I fully plan to use that free time (that I'm not using on the USB

onthecount sent me, which I've been saving, hee) translating the novels, because
a) it keeps my Japanese from going rusty,
b) it's a personal goal and
c) I promised.

So! If I'm not a huge flake for once, I plan to get all the novels I own done and dusted. That means all three of the BBS novels, the first Kh2 novel, and possibly the last few stories from Short Stories 2. So please look forward to it!

Of course I might not be able to post them until next year, but... you know me. I can usually weasel a way ;D

Hell, if you're really lucky I might use them to procrastinate from study in the three weeks of exam block that start next week, but I dunno. My brother's getting me Sims 3 Pets...

Ummm I've moved back into the dorms, it is hot as fucking fuck and the thunder is deafening. I wish it would hurry up and rain to clear out the muggy air... but then it might just make it worse... IDK

I love being back~ Seeing all my friends again and catching up. And seeing all the new little kiddely-winks moving in and being all D8 and scared like I was last year, hee~ so cute~

Bought all my textbooks (and a book I didn't need about the origins of offensive things in English just arghjfklesd so hilarious, I have to type up some of the stuff about 'yo mamma'), set up my room, I am full of positive energy!

For people who are ~~only really~~ mainly interested in the novels:

I'm pretty busy with the dorm's orientation week crap, but I will probably find some time to get parts up VERY soon ;D (This novel goes up to the Terra-and-Aqua misunderstanding in Radiant Garden...!)

There are no Amano illustrations inside the book, which disappointed me, but the character profile pages shiny coloured pages with renders from the game which I've never seen in a KH novel before. It's all very posh looking o3o I don't have a scanner though, so I can't share them for a while yet :C

Where it says 'original footage provided by kh13.com', that means a 16 year old boy who spent hours and hours trying to figure out how to rip the footage out of the hacked game file, then how to rip the audio out, then synch it himself, then upload it to youtube, having to travel between two different houses several times in the middle of the night to use separate computers.

'Translations by heartstation.org' means a girl who had spent all day at work, came home dead tired, nagged the aforementioned 16 year old boy online until he set audio to the video, then spent two hours translating it by ear, seeing as there were no Japanese subtitles to read, while trying to control freaking out about the content itself. Emotionally and physically drained, this girl was reduced to dry sobbing and near-hysteria, spazzing out to anyone who happened to be online at 1:30 in the morning. She then went to work the next day, where she tripped over twice and dropped a crate of shampoo on her foot because she could hardly see straight.

'Subtitles by heartstation.org' refers to a girl who stayed up until at least 7:30 in the morning getting the subtitles in and working, being patient with her nagging and demanding translator, then fighting evil codexes and other things all on her own far into the night as the other lazy two had crawled into bed.

I have recieved my 358/2 Days novel.

I have also been banned from the internet. ~~I can't really work up any emo about being banned just yet. I regret nothing~~~

I will find a way to work around this, but I can't keep up with commenting, looking at stuff and replying as much as I want to anymore, if at all.

Love to anyone following me for translations, I promise I'll do my best to get these out to those who are looking forward to them.

And love to all the people on the net whom I have become closer to recently. Thank you for being awesome, guys, I don't even have words. That might sound like a cop out, but the closest thing I can get to explaining would look like an all-caps keyboard smash coupled with trying to hug the computer at the same time and shrieking... do not want, right. Therefore, exercising restraint.
