gold_pannerThird and last 358/2 Days novel comes out tomorrow! Found some info on it on Arika's blog, who apparently managed to get one before the release date, lucky girl o3o
Apparently this book is the first in 5 years and 14 volumes to have an authors note at the end. Apparently she talks about the creation of Xion. As people probably know, she was the one who chose Xion's name, but it seems Xion's hair colour was also chosen at Ms. Kanemaki's request...
She also apparently says that were will be a BbS novel, though a release date isn't fixed.
Ohhh man I want to read this book so badly. I know I hate Days and I hate Xion, but... I love every single member of Organisation XIII ('since when have we ever been more than thirteen?' I'm allowed to say it) and I love their interactions and the little random scenes. Also, I started this godforsaken series and I'm gonna finish it!!
Only, it will cost me $48 Aussie dollars to buy and ship the book ;;;; THE BOOK IS ONLY AUD$8.80 GYAH. Forty bucks postage is a bit friggen steep. Serious dilemma here. Buy book, be brokeand angry about Xion. Not buy book, be sad and unfulfilled and upset if other people translate it.
And then there's the problem of shipping anyway. Amazon won't post to a PO box for some dumb reason. (I assume they have a good reason but it sucks for me, seeing as a) I live on campus and b) my other home is on a farm.) Maybe I could ask a friend if I could get it posted to their house or something... argh.
Yeah... I should just worry about translating volume 2 first, shouldn't I? ^^;; AHHH BUT I WANT TO READ THAT AUTHORS NOTE ;A; ;A:
I'm itchy to translate... but man. I have a linguistics presentation due tomorrow, and an essay and a Japanese speaking exam next week. And finals the week after.
